The ‘Team Leader’ will ensure that all the tasks happening have defined and detailed SOPs and checklists and he will be your regular contact to discuss regular progress and reporting.

Every virtual assistant of And We Support goes through 3 month training process.
First month is the classroom training where the virtual assistant learns about the industry, technicalities, jargons and functioning. Here they also get mastery over all the tools and softwares used in the industry.
Second month is ‘Buddy Up’ trainnig program because we know that just the theory is not enough, you need to see the action. During this period, The ‘Virtual Assistant’ learns the practical work sitting near the person actually working and observes how actual work is done.
This month is gaining the practical knowledge, under the supervision of trainer and the already working experiences VA, the apprentice start working on practical projects to gain experience on real life projects.

You can use multiple assistants depending upon your requirements and different nature of your work / projects.
All of these assistants will be monitored and managed by your CSM and TL so you will not have to worry about managing these different VAs.
You will get detailed reports of this work and all of them will be regularly audited and all of their work will be checked on regular basis.
