Working with And We Support has been a lifesaver. I went through multiple in-house admins and not only was training them on the industry and our software platforms a lengthy process with time I didn't have, but also finding self motivated people was nearly impossible. Nevermind what it costs for a good employee as well as providing benefits, employee insurance, etc. We have been working with AWS for nearly 2 years and the staff are pre-trained on the industry and the software that we use. I only had to train them on how I liked my orders to look and the tasks I wanted them responsible for. For me personally they help with quotes, sales orders, order entry, stock check, freight quotes, order status and invoicing. I still process all the PO's because I want make sure they are 100% correct before submitting them. This extra time allows me to work on big projects and additional sales opportunities.
