Job Description:
To ensure and maintain high level of customer service by taking ownership of customer enquiries and handling of orders from receipt. Backend support.
Night Shifts only.
Excellent English verbal and written communication skills are a must have.
Bachelor’s Degree – B.A., B.Com., B.Sc., M.C.A., BBA, or any other graduate.
Job Related Experience:
At least 6 months to 1-year related experience in order management or similar support/functions (Freshers may apply too)
Specific Knowledge:
Intermediate to Advanced MS Office Application – MS Excel
Business systems and tools
Familiarity with Automation Solutions or similar products and services
Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
General understanding of the quote-to-cash processes
Required Competencies:

We are 3 Days WFO and 2 Days WFH currently. No cab facility as during work from office all shifts will be in general day shifts
Exp. 3-4 yrs.
Qualification: – B. Com/M. Com/MBA in Marketing/Sales.

Minimum of 3 years of Direct International Sales Experience (from scratch)
Must have had accounts as a subject in education
Identifying Prospective Industries, Researching and Contacting Decision Makers and Closing Sales (from scratch)
Efficient in using Linked in
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Prospecting, emailing & Cold Calling international clients (US / UK / AUSTRALIA) Selling Outsourcing solutions (Accounting & Bookkeeping Services, Software Services etc.)
Ability to understand customers’ industry and core business processes
Works on creating innovative solutions for customers
Consulting and interactions with C-level executives
A minimum of 3 years’ experience in Business-to-Business Sales experience
Screens potential business deals by analysing market strategies, deal requirements, and financials
Examines risks and potentials for the business opportunities
Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue and expense controls
Coordinating with marketing on lead generation
Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our services
Build long-term relationships with new clients
Communication & Negotiation Skills
Proficient in using MS office
