Job Description:

To ensure and maintain high level of customer service by taking ownership of customer enquiries and handling of orders from receipt. Backend support.

Night Shifts only.

Excellent English verbal and written communication skills are a must have.

Job Duties

  • Checks for Completeness of Commercial Requirements and ensures that order details (dates, details) in the system matches customer’s requirements as indicated in customer documents.

     

  • Provides Shipment Confirmation to Customers and ensures that orders are in ready condition and in correct status before each order status.

     

  • Generates Shipment List and acquires proforma invoice, packing instructions and shipping release from customers to release orders for shipment.

     

  • Analyses, qualifies, and completes Change Order Requests.

     

  • Notifies Customer of Promise Delivery Date with an order acknowledgment and ensures that customer receives their orders on time and shipment commitment targets are met.

     

  • Proactively and promptly updates the customer of any delays in deliveries whether a revised delivery date is available or not.

     

  • Ensures that the dates own by order management team are updated and reflective of current order status.

     

  • Facilitates emergency/kick-off meetings with other functional groups and expedites immediately when there are any potential order delays.

     

  • Coordinates with other teams/support to complete the request of customers and communicates effectively with suppliers on customer’s delivery date pull in requests.

     

  • Generates and analyses backlog orders and participates in order backlog review meetings to provide feedback on risks to meet the period’s shipment commitments

     

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree – B.A., B.Com., B.Sc., M.C.A., BBA, or any other graduate.

Job Related Experience: 

At least 6 months to 1-year related experience in order management or similar support/functions (Freshers may apply too)

Specific Knowledge:

Intermediate to Advanced MS Office Application – MS Excel

Business systems and tools

Familiarity with Automation Solutions or similar products and services

Excellent English verbal and written communication skills

General understanding of the quote-to-cash processes

Required Competencies:

High sense of urgency to achieve goals, results driven, communicates assertively and with tact, willing to learn, works well under pressure, customer focused, team player.

Annual Package

Salary no bar depending upon the candidate

US Shift: Night Shift Only (5 days week)

Employment Type – Full Time

Working Days- Mon.-Fri. (1st, 3rd and 5th Sat. complete WFH)

Working Hours/Shift Time – 9.30 AM-6.30 PM/10 AM-7 PM

We are 3 Days WFO and 2 Days WFH currently. No cab facility as during work from office all shifts will be in general day shifts

Exp. 3-4 yrs.

Qualification: – B. Com/M. Com/MBA in Marketing/Sales.

Notice Period- Max 1 Month (Earlier the better)

Ideal Candidature & JD: –

Minimum of 3 years of Direct International Sales Experience (from scratch)

Must have had accounts as a subject in education

Identifying Prospective Industries, Researching and Contacting Decision Makers and Closing Sales (from scratch)

Efficient in using Linked in

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Prospecting, emailing & Cold Calling international clients (US / UK / AUSTRALIA) Selling Outsourcing solutions (Accounting & Bookkeeping Services, Software Services etc.)

Ability to understand customers’ industry and core business processes

Works on creating innovative solutions for customers

Consulting and interactions with C-level executives

A minimum of 3 years’ experience in Business-to-Business Sales experience

Screens potential business deals by analysing market strategies, deal requirements, and financials

Examines risks and potentials for the business opportunities

Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue and expense controls

Coordinating with marketing on lead generation

Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our services

Build long-term relationships with new clients

Communication & Negotiation Skills

Proficient in using MS office

**Must have good listening skills & should be a self-motivated person, & passionate for sales work
